The Infærnum of Cthulhu is a complete cosmic-horror setting for Infærnum, inspired by the world of The Legacy of Cthulhu.

A prophecy announces the awakening of the Ancient Ones and their hordes—but it does not say when the end will come. Will the disaster unfold over six events? Six days? Six months? Years? The answer is yours to decide.

Previous knowledge of The Legacy of Cthulhu is not required, though its material can be used to add even more references, events, and details to your game.

Build a world collapsing into madness

Find shelter for your Survivors and use a standard deck of cards to map the territories around them: Wreckage, Underground, Coast, and Wasteland. Expand your map, explore dangerous regions, and turn each territory into part of a growing cosmic-horror campaign.

The setting uses a six-part narrative structure, with each chapter presenting a new challenge. Witness Yig, Father of Serpents, spread its slithering hordes. Face the emergence of a Spawn of Yog-Sothoth and use the Colossus rules to define its powers before confronting it.
