One of our most significant pain points in our campaigns was shipping rates for markets outside North America. As a small indie publisher, we struggled to find suitable solutions to serve our overseas customers. However, we are pleased to announce that we have finally found a solution.
We are partnering up with GamesQuest UK, a reputable fulfillment company that has assisted numerous crowdfunding campaigns and major tabletop companies with shipping and delivering products. With their expertise and vast network of shipping hubs and carriers, we can significantly reduce shipping rates, with many locations receiving dramatic discounts of around 75%. Additionally, they will ensure that deliveries are customs-friendly for many territories, making the entire process smoother and less stressful.
This even allows us to ship all physical Add-ons to all served territories, at very reasonable additional charges (please check the notes in each one).

These are shipping estimates, and GamesQuest will fulfil orders outside the US. As a reminder, shipping charges aren't included in your pledge at this stage of the campaign; you will only pay during the Pledge Manager phase. VAT (UK and EU) isn't included in your pledge and will be charged separately later for both the product and shipping.
*Asia includes Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and India; these countries are customs-friendly. Other countries that fall into the asterisk areas that weren't mentioned by name aren't customs-friendly.
Due to contractual reasons, we can't ship to Russia, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Turkey, or Central and South America. Due to high rates of packages going missing in certain countries, we will not resend games to the following countries if they are reported as missing: Pakistan and Nigeria. Israel may incur additional fees due to the imposition of dangerous handling charges by couriers in the region.
Please note that all digital orders will include a voucher for Print-on-Demand services at DriveThruRPG. With that, you have the option to order a physical copy, paying only the cost of printing and shipping to your location. Since DTRPG has a facility in the UK, shipping to EU countries should be lower, making it potentially more attractive to EU backers.
